Hailey first joined MDH as an Intern in May of 2021. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Auburn University and returned to MDH full time. She is currently working towards her NCIDQ certification as she seeks to expand her design knowledge. Hailey enjoys bringing design concepts to life through finish selections and documentation, and she values the client relationships and team collaboration that come with each project.
